Club Registration

To book a place at the club:

1) Please download and complete the registration form below and post it (if paying with cheque/postal order) to us along with the £50.00 registration fee.

2)You can also register online using our registration form below.

Once we have received your registartion you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain your child's registration number, and a request for payment of the registration fee.

Registration fees and club session fees can be paid in the following 4 ways:

1) In cash at your child's first session at the club along with the session fee.
2) By posting a cheque/postal orders.
3) By bank transfer.
4) Online via paypal.

Once you have received your club registration number you will be able to book club sessions by phone, email or by using the online booking form.
