1) So how can my child join the club?

Parents should follow these steps::

1. Register your child at the club:

This can be done by filling in the registration form on-line or you can download the registration form and send it to us via post.

An annual registration fee of £50.00 is charged per child.

Once we have received the registration form we will send you via email / post your child's club registration number and a request for payment of the registration fee in order to complete the registration.

Your child's registration will not be complete until we have received the registration fee.

When the registration is complete you will be sent a confirmation email / letter.

2) How can I pay the annual registration fee?

The fee can be paid in two ways:

1. Cheque:

Please write the child's club registration number on the back of the cheque.

2. Bank transfer:

Reference: This is the child's club registration number.

3) OK my child is registered and has his/her club registration number. How do I book my child's Maths and English session?

This can be done in two ways:

1. Book the sessions over the phone. Please contact the club coordinator Miss Rochelle Angus-Callum on 02082458957.

You must state the following information:

- your child's full name
- your child's date of birth
- your child's club registration number
- your child's group number
- the club sessions you wish to book. A minimum of 2 Saturday club sessions must be booked (e.g Maths 14:00 - 16:00 on 20/08/11 and 27/08/11).

2. By filling out the 'online club session bookings form' on our web site.

4) How and when do I pay for my child's Maths and English sessions?

Fees are paid every two weeks in advance, at the start of club sessions.

Fees can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.

Cash should not be sent in with children (under the age of 10) and should not be given to teaching members of staff.

Cash payments should ONLY be given to the Club Manager or Club Coordinator.

5) Can I arrange for my child to learn a specific subject in Maths or English?

Yes, upon request our club tutors can offer more specific tuition support to children.

Parents can print an Individual Tuition Plan and complete it with their child's tutor.

This specific tuition will be given to the child on a one to one basis at some point during their club sessions.

6) I have paid for a Maths session but my child is unable to attend the session, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not, we work on a no refund policy. Once you have booked a session we cannot cancel, change or refund any fees.
